It was bought in the summer of 1997 or 1998 by me and the other 3 of my friends – B,Z and C. I can’t remember the exact time. We were having fun of a game called Fury 3D, a flight & shooting game. After playing the game with a joystick I borrowed from my neighbor, we decided to buy one. We didn’t have enough money though. We put our money together and there were 100 total. It was merely enough for a non-brand joystick with simple function. After trying that one, we found it hard to use. I couldn’t endure while the others felt ok with that. I was so obstinate that I paid extra RMB98 to buy the one in the photo. I saved the money by not buying breakfast for near 3 months. It felt good when using this joystick. But after that, there was little game which could drive us that crazy. So the joystick was kept in the box and had not been used for a very long time, 6 or 7 years.
